Arsenal wins
Ten men Arsenal battled back from 2 goals down to beat Bolton 3-2 and keep its Premier League title quest alive. A last minute own goal by Lloyd Samuel enabled the Gunners to end a 5-match winless run in the league on a day when Derby was condemned to relegation. Arsenal got off to a bad start when Matt Taylor headed Steinsson's superb cross past Almunia. Midfielder Daiby was then shown a red card before Taylor claimed his second goal 2 minutes before half time with a long range pass. That set the stage for a dramatic finale and Arsenal's commitment to all out attack paid off when Samuel deflected the ball into his own net after Fabregas had send a cross goalwards.
