Hingis faces 2 year ban
Martina Hingis, former World Numbe 1, who is again playing tennis after announcing her retirement has been handed with a ban for 2 years following a doping offence. She was tested positive for the banned substance cocaine during last year Wimbeldon championships and was handed the ban by the ITF from October 1st. After this issue, Hingis once again announced her retirement and vowed not to play tennis again. She has 5 grand slams to her credit.
